Stable Cottage - B&B or Self Catering Accommodation

Godmanstone Fishing LakeThis beautifully appointed country cottage makes for a perfect peaceful retreat away from the pressures of modern living.

A few miles from town the quiet village road that meanders it's way through the steep sided valley is more likely to be slowed by farm animals than cars!

Through the rose covered porch door you enter the hall way with door leading to the cloakroom with WC and wash basin, to the right a door into the fully furnished lounge with all the normal comforts and facilities you would expect, with the fire on and the lamps glowing softly it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Opposite is a door leading into a spacious kitchen/diner with stairs leading to the bedrooms above.

The kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven and hob, microwave, kettle, fridge /freezer etc and all the cooking utensils you need to produce a fully cooked meal if you wish.

The dining room table extends and will seat 6 people with ease.

Stable cottage also benefits from it's own garden area and outside table and chairs so you can enjoy a bottle of wine as you watch the sun disappear behind the valley.

At the top of the stairs a door leading into a spacious three single bedded room with a window overlooking garden area, with wardrobe and cot included this makes for a perfect family room.

Off the landing to the right is a WC, bathroom and washbasin before the doorway in to the Master double bedroom that has a full width mirror, dressing table and a built in wardrobe and view of garden, with the roses at window level we recommend you leave the window slightly open to benefit from the wonderful aroma and bird song that greets you in the morning joined by the warmth of the early morning sun.
